the ADM record has realized and released. It was produced fairly swiftly by the expression of Adam Petersen and the engineering hand of Henry Wilson [Pop Empire] for Cincinnati Recording Service. The new album was presented last Saturday evening at The Hoffner Lodge among the warmest crowd of converging communities, in an event which transpired comfortably and coolly, with nourishing practices and at a confident pace with time to spare. The digital album now streams and is available for download at Bandcamp, physical copies currently available thru direct contact with Adam at adelicatemotor@gmail.com.

ADM will be performing this Friday evening with his closest companions of the bands SHADOWRAPTR and Pop Empire. This is a FREE show at Northside Tavern [4163 Hamilton 45223] and is expected to be a hoot. 10 pm / 21 + / FB EVENT.

This week’s edition of Monday Night at The Comet meets Josh Eagle & the Harvest City, fresh with a new record of their own. Whitfield Crocker will be performing next in the house at 4120 Witler Ave. in Northside [fb event], with Absalom Absalom and Cedar Skies, but if you can’t get enough Benjamin Thomas, you can catch him tonight for Monday Night at The Comet with Peter Gemus and Tom Buckley playing traditional, original and free jazz, for free.

The ADM album release show is this Saturday, June 15. The event offers unique / fresh / new performances by Eddy Kwon [solo debut], Fractal Fractal [reunion show] and ADM [with premiere ensemble arrangements], plus great food for a fair price. Carnal Unit challenges self with a full bundle of shows, fulfilling this June month’s band residency for The Comet. Every Tuesday in June, Carnal Unit will perform a regular and developing set of material beside a different local opening act [Bear (the Ghost), Molly Sullivan, Moonbeau, ADM]. Best Friend Records play host this weekend for The Sound Spectacle, a functional two-night music festival inside the Rohs Street Cafe and its sanctuary. BFR, concerned primarily with the exposure of emerging sound artists, enthusiastically represents a myriad of local and regional musical entities. June 7 features Indigo Wild and Pop Empire, June 8 features Sacred Spirits and Plastic Inevitables. 11 total acts, $6 / night, $10 / weekend pass, all ages, video collages by the underground legend Jordin Goff.

Monday Night at The Comet tickles June with four diverse bills of music. June 3 ushers young Cincinnati band Indian Summer [formerly Mansions], and an ensemble of musicians called The Go Rounds, who reign from the Double Phelix Collective of Kalamazoo, MI. MNC June Facebook event.

There’s little more to say. We’ll be in Columbus on Thursday and in Cincinnati on Friday and will play this record down. If you are as excited as we are, then this is going to be a powerful and memorable show.

The final of Monday Night at The Comet in May ushers veteran Cincinnati flavor punk band The Frankl Project. If you grew up here, they were your favorite band in high school. Also to rear Silo’s Choice, the solo project of Jon Massey [Animal Mother], for a second MNC appearance, this time suited with ensemble. A really good bill.
